Purpose and acceptance
These terms apply to the Project Assessment, Stay Matrix, Global Market Compass and other interactive resources made available by DALLEAU. By using a tool, you agree to these terms and to the privacy information in the legal and privacy page.
The tools are provided free of charge as an early decision aid. They help organise information and state the assumptions behind a result. They are not a quotation, valuation, feasibility study, design instruction, investment recommendation or promise of performance.
Illustrative outputs
Every result depends on the information entered, model assumptions, available evidence and the date of the data. Budgets, areas, income, yield, tax, programme, timing, risk labels and guest comments are indicative unless a signed professional document expressly says otherwise.
Markets, exchange rates, regulations, sites and construction conditions can change. Check the displayed date and source. A result must be tested against the actual land, title, planning rules, contracts, surveys, design, operators, financing and tax position before it informs a commitment.
Generated guest comments are simulations of a possible experience. They are not real reviews, survey results or platform ratings.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter and for deciding whether a result is suitable for your purpose. Do not submit confidential information, third-party personal data or material you are not authorised to share.
Before buying land, signing a lease, investing, incorporating a company, applying for a visa, starting construction or operating accommodation, consult the qualified Indonesian professionals required for that decision.
Data and storage
Some tools run entirely in the browser and may use essential local storage to preserve progress. The Project Assessment sends its displayed summary and contact details to DALLEAU only after you review them, give the required consent and choose the secure send action; the email and copy fallbacks remain optional. A simulation that requires a same-origin calculation may send the stated inputs to our server. Essential server logs may record technical and security information.
Do not rely on browser storage as a permanent record. You can clear it through the tool, your browser settings or by deleting site data. Further details and privacy rights are explained on the privacy page.
Permitted use and protection of the tools
You may use the public interface in good faith for your own project, internal evaluation or ordinary advisory work for an identified client. You may keep and share your own result, provided that its notices, assumptions and source context remain visible.
Without written permission, you may not copy or reproduce the tool, extract content or results at scale, create a competing dataset, resell access, remove notices, bypass controls or rate limits, probe private endpoints, obtain source code, derive proprietary calibration or reverse engineer the scoring and simulation logic. Lawful rights that cannot be restricted remain unaffected.
Automated indexing is governed by the site's published crawling instructions. Those instructions do not grant a right to copy protected material, train a model on it or reproduce a tool.
Availability and fair use
We may maintain, change, limit or withdraw a free tool, its data or an output format. We may restrict requests that threaten security, service quality or the rights of others. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every browser, device or saved result will remain compatible.
Responsibility and legal limits
Use of the free tools is at your own judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT PMA Bee My Guest does not accept responsibility for a decision, cost, loss or missed opportunity arising from reliance on an illustrative output, third-party data or an unavailable service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a mandatory consumer right or removes a remedy granted by applicable law.
