François Dalleau
Founder
François Dalleau began investing privately in property in 2012. He founded Investissement Budapest in 2015, where his work spanned some sixty projects, including multi-unit schemes. Since 2022, he has focused on private-residence development and operations in Bali. He personally directs each DALLEAU mandate and remains accountable within its agreed scope.

Architects, engineers, contractors and regulated advisers retain responsibility for their own appointed scopes.
DALLEAU · OWNER-SIDE OFFICE
Direction stays with the owner’s question.
DALLEAU coordinates the mandate without replacing the appointed architect, engineer, contractor or regulated adviser. Shared support functions enter only where their scope is stated.
Finance records, Indonesian tax and accounting coordination, and procurement support are connected to the mandate or operating record only within their stated assignments.

Intan coordinates cash-flow records, financial controls, reconciliations and reports for owners. She keeps the operating record clear and current, giving owners a coherent view rather than disconnected paperwork.

Indonesian Tax & Accounting Coordination
Tio coordinates Indonesian tax records, filings and accounting documentation across the operating portfolio, working with appointed advisers where specialist sign-off is required.

Procurement & Operations
Lystia coordinates operational purchasing, from linens to daily supplies. When project procurement is separately assigned, she also tracks approved materials and deliveries. She supports quotations, inventory and delivery schedules.

Operations are a distinct appointment.
Bee My Guest provides residence operations, staffing, maintenance, housekeeping and hospitality only when separately appointed. That operating role does not replace DALLEAU’s owner-side development mandate.

Amar coordinates day-to-day operations for the residences to which he is assigned, bringing together service, maintenance and on-site teams. He ensures that operating standards are reflected in daily practice.

Sheva

Content Manager
Sheva produces the photography, scripts and editorial material used to present the villas online. She documents the houses and the life around them with clarity and restraint.
Ibu Ketut

Housekeeping & Butler Lead
Ibu Ketut leads housekeeping and butler service for the residences to which she is assigned. She coordinates room standards, daily care and breakfast service with consistency and warmth.

Architects, engineers, contractors, legal advisers, tax advisers and other regulated professionals are appointed for defined scopes and remain responsible for their own professional work.
