Information and editorial policy
Field Notes and other resources are provided as general information. We consult primary and official sources where they are available, identify the date of the material and explain our own understanding in plain language. A source can change, a rule can be applied differently to a particular case and our interpretation can be incomplete or wrong.
Always check the page's update date and the linked official source before acting. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration, investment, financial, medical, engineering or architectural advice. Obtain advice from a qualified professional who can review your facts and the current rules.
To report a factual issue, include the page address, the passage concerned and a reliable source in an email to [email protected]. We assess corrections on their evidence and update the page where appropriate.
Privacy
Who is responsible
PT PMA Bee My Guest is responsible for personal data processed through the DALLEAU website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
What we may receive
We may receive your name, email address, project details and any information you choose to include in an enquiry. Essential technical records may contain an internet address, browser and device information, the requested page, date and time, and security events.
Forms and email confirmations
The Project Assessment runs locally in your browser while you answer. Nothing is sent until you reach the summary, review it, give the required privacy consent and choose the secure send action. That action transmits the displayed brief and the contact details you entered to a protected endpoint on this website. DALLEAU receives an internal notification and, when delivery succeeds, Brevo sends you a personalised acknowledgement containing the same summary and a reference. The email and copy options remain available as fallbacks. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to Field Notes.
The Delivery Partners application sends the company or team name, contact details, trade, service area, experience, current commitments, portfolio links, comparable projects and nominated reference details to DALLEAU. Submit reference details only when those people have agreed that DALLEAU may contact them. The form uses a protected same-origin endpoint and Brevo for the internal notification and personalised acknowledgement. If delivery is unavailable, the visible email or copy fallback remains available.
Public forms use input validation, hidden bot fields, request-size limits and rate limits intended to reduce automated abuse. We do not treat a form submission as acceptance of a project, mandate or partner application. Do not include passwords, access codes, bank details, unredacted identity documents or other unnecessary confidential material.
Field Notes subscription
If you subscribe to Field Notes, we send your email address, language and the source of the form to Brevo, our email delivery provider. Subscription uses a confirmation email. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every publication or by writing to [email protected]. We retain subscription records until you unsubscribe or we close the publication, subject to any short period needed to maintain a suppression record and respect your choice.
Why we use data
We use personal data to answer requests, assess whether we can help, prepare or perform an agreed service, keep necessary business records, secure the website and meet legal duties. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal duty or another basis permitted by Indonesian law.
Who may process it
Access is limited to people who need the information for the stated purpose. Hosting, security, email and professional service providers may process limited data for us. Some providers may operate outside Indonesia. Where required, we use suitable contractual, consent or other safeguards allowed by applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, normally no longer than 24 months if no mandate begins and no dispute or legal duty requires a longer period. Client, accounting and legal records are kept for the period required by the applicable obligations. Technical logs are kept for the shorter periods set for operations and security, then deleted or anonymised when reasonably possible.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the conditions in Indonesian personal data law, you may ask for access, a copy, correction, completion, restriction, deletion or an end to processing. You may object where the law allows and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security and incidents
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident affects personal data, we will assess it and make the notices required by applicable law.
Cookies and measurement
Before you make a privacy choice, the site does not request Google Analytics or Google Ads libraries. Necessary local storage is used to remember that choice, prevent duplicate measurement and may also preserve progress in an interactive tool. If you allow audience measurement, the site loads one Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and sends the page path without its query string together with a limited set of journey events. Form answers, contact details, free text and budgets are not sent to Google. If you separately allow advertising measurement, the same tag may send Google Ads a conversion only after a private brief has been accepted by the DALLEAU server, using a non-directly-identifying submission reference to prevent duplicate counting. Depending on the choices you grant, relevant campaign parameters may be retained through the journey and associated with the request; eligible advertising click identifiers are used only with advertising measurement. The site does not enable advertising personalisation. You can change or withdraw either choice at any time through the persistent “Privacy choices” control. Cloudflare may also provide cookie-free aggregate performance measurement. Google and other technical providers may process limited data outside Indonesia under their own safeguards and terms.
Intellectual property
The DALLEAU name, identity, photographs, writing, layouts, software, tools, models and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unless a page states otherwise, they belong to PT PMA Bee My Guest or are used with permission.
You may read, link to and quote a short extract with clear attribution for a lawful, non-commercial purpose. Reproduction of substantial content, commercial reuse, systematic collection, republication or use of protected materials to reproduce a tool or service requires prior written permission. The separate tool terms provide further detail.
External links and official references
Links to government websites, regulations and third-party services are provided for convenience and verification. We do not control their availability, security, translations or later changes. A link does not imply endorsement.
Key privacy and consumer references include Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 and Consumer Protection Law, Law No. 8 of 1999. The official text and current application prevail over this summary.
